What's upper! Hope you had a wonderful & blessed
Thanksgiving. Once again, yours truly baked a turkey but
sized it down this year to an 8 lb. turkey which only
took me about 3 hours to bake!... An important reminder
to my Rap Attack panel, the last day to
report this year will be on Wednesday, December 10th &
we will be back in effect on Wednesday, January 7, 2004.
We will unveil our new reporting panel on or before
January 7, 2004... One of Miamišs most prominent rhyme-spitters
Pitbull has signed a long-term deal with TVT
Records. The Cuban-American MC was touted by The
Source Magazinešs Unsigned Hype column (Nov š03) "Let it
be known that Pitbull is as vicious as the pedigree hešs
named after." The emcee will be hard at work in the
studio to bang out his TVT debut tentatively untitled
scheduled for a September 2004 release. Pitbull will be
featured on "Thatšs Nasty" featuring labelmate Lil
Jon and Lil Scrappy from the TVT Records
compilation, "CRUNK & DISORDERLY" which features T.I.,
David Banner, Ying Yang Twins, Bone
Crusher and many more. The compilation will be
in-stores December 9, 2003. He will finish recording his
untitled album at The Diaz Bros. studios in
Miami... Xzibit has formed Strong Arm Steady,
a new group that includes San Diegos Mitchy Slick,
former Likwit member Phil The Agony &
Krondon. The group's debut features Busta Rhymes,
WC, Talib Kweli, Ice T, Cypress
Hill & G-Unit & hits stores 3/2/04. Xzibit is
finishing up his new LP tentatively titled "Weapon of
Mass Destruction"... KHDC #2, Jason D
outta Salinas, Cali says, "Kut Masta Kurt came
through the show this week and blessed us with a
scorching old school set. He goes on record as the first
cat to crab scratch the chorus to JVC Force's
"Strong Island" while back spinning. If you don't
even know what I'm talking about at least KEEP YOUR EYES
open for the Kut Masta Kurt remix of "Whylin' Out"
featuring Mos Def & Diverse. This sitar
influenced beat has a catchy arrangement similar to the
underground triumph "Work The Angles" but should be good
for mix show too. This one's a heater for sure. Jump on
it now. Remember I told ya!"... Coming to Binghamton
University on December 11th is a show you don't wanna
miss! Here's the exclusive 411: Dan Shores and
WHRW 90.5FM Binghamton presents in concert; Last
Emperor (Raptivism Records, Red Planet), Breez
