Hammer was sued this week for trying to elude a debt by placing his home in a trust company. The complaintent pointed out that Hammer was far from destitute, as he shipped more than 600,000 copies of his 2001 album "Active Duty". The lawsuit apparently left out that most of the copies shipped back to Hammer marked "Return to Sender"...
