Why get involved…

There is finally a site out there that puts aside musical tastes and focuses on bringing the DJ community closer together.  It’s about family, helping each other out, and supporting each other because of a common love…DJing.  If you are a DJ of legendary status, its time to give back to the community that supported you.  If you are a bedroom DJ, its time to interact with DJs you look up to.  DJs from legendary to bedrooms will all finally get a chance to interact with one another.  What’s not to love about the concept?!

ATTN Labels & DJ's, it is very important that you email us your weekly priorities so we can post it on our site. I'll need your artist name, song title & record label PLUS the MP3 (clean).

Email that weekly on Mondays to: radiopriorities@mixrevolution.com

MixRevolution.com will have three TOP 30 Charts starting June 6, 2006:

Mixshow/Crossover

On another note, I got big news coming soon about Hard Knock TV. We are in the middle of shooting 3 pilots and in negotiation with several networks. We are currently gathering the freshest music videos. If your artists are in LA reach out to me to set up interviews"...

DJ LoKash (WNHU-CT): "This week DJ Shinyo did his last radio show on WNHU. This past Monday's "Bassment Beats" was his last ending his 3 years on-air. As my Station Manager, co-host for the last year and a half, and close friend; I will miss him. He graduated this past week and plans to take a break from the music industry to pursue the culinary arts. I wish him much luck and success"...

DJ Kazzeo (KHDC-CA): "Beanie Sigel got shot last week. Word is that it was all a publicity stunt because investigators are unable to find any crime scene. My question is, if your career is so in need of a boost, why not do things the old fashioned way and make a good record? I mean come on man, you can do it.

Speaking of shootings, the guy who shot Proof has been cleared of any wrong doing. For those who may have missed the story, here's a quick synopsis. Proof was at a club in Detroit around 4am one night. He was drunk. He got into an argument with a bouncer. He shot the bouncer and was standing over him ready to fire again. Next thing you know, another bouncer who was coming to his friends aid, opened fire on Proof. Subsequently, Proof died of the gun shots. While it's sad that someone had to die, he dug his own grave.

DMX wants to change his name. Since he's always getting arrested while driving, I think he should change it to DMV as in Destroying Music Voluntarily.

Following 50 Cent and Ludacris, Ice Cube is now speaking out against Oprah and the way she basically ignores Hip Hop on her show. It's no secret that she doesn't support the music but I don't understand why, after 20 plus years of that shit, are these guys just now speaking out. I mean she's done a million shows about Julia Roberts, James Frey, Renee Zellwegger and all the other milk toast people she can find. I commend them for taking on such a power player but it's long overdue. My thought, screw Oprah and her bon bon eating, anvil shaped ass, 250 lb one week 150 lb the next week ass.

Speaking of weight loss though, Janet Jackson is definitely back in shape. The thing about it though is that, with all the fluxation of weight that she goes through, her heart must be taking a real beating. It's just not healthy. What do I care though. I'm just waiting for another wardrobe malfunction"...

DJ Lazy (WMNF-FL): "I am moving into a new house. Exciting and stressful! Just wanna hit you up with the new address for any servicing mail outs. Please mail any future promos to the address below.
