This is your girl, DJ Mixxtress comin’ at ya from the 2-oh-6! In between cutting it up, and keeping my own busy schedule of gigs and projects on track, I just had to take a minute to sing the praises of the hottest mixtape out there right now, by DJ’s Tre and Pryme. Aptly titled “We The Bestest: Vol 2”, this compilation of mixes, live blends, scratching and drumming IS THE BESTEST! True turntablism from two of Seattle’s most renowned, award winning DJ’s.  There are also drops from NW legends like DJ B-Mello and local artist SOL. The music featured on this mixtape is the perfect selection of old school and new school Hip Hop.
